  • Stephen T. Kapsalis

    President and CEO

    Stephen T. Kapsalis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Express Group Holdings, LLC. Steve joined Express in April of 2013. Prior to joining Express, Steve served as President and CEO of Vogt Power International, a division of Babcock Power, Inc. He joined Babcock Power in 2009 after founding and serving as President of Capstone Engineering, an engineering firm providing mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering solutions and project management services to a broad range of industrial and power customers.

    Prior to founding Capstone, Steve was with AAF International for 12 years, serving as CEO from 2003 to 2007. AAF had revenue of over $500 million and provides ancillary equipment to major gas turbine OEM’s and end-users, air pollution control systems to major international power, steel, and cement producers, and filters and equipment to nuclear power plants, processing facilities, and research laboratories. Additionally, Steve has extensive experience with steel fabrication from earlier in his career as a co-owner and President of Winter Welding and Machine Corporation in the early 90’s, and while at Pullman Power Products in the ‘80s.

    Steve began his career at Bechtel Power Corporation as a field engineer. He holds BS Degree in Civil Engineering Technologies from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, PA and a MS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville.

    Given Steve’s understanding of Express’ product lines and markets, his extensive engineering and fabrication experience, and a proven ability to drive domestic and international growth and maximize profitability, we are excited to have Steve join the Express team and lead the organization going forward.

  • William E Campbell

    Chief Financial Officer

    William E. Campbell is the Chief Financial Officer of Express Group Holdings, LLC. Ed joined Express in December of 2013. Prior to joining Express, he was the Chief Financial Officer for several private equity owned companies including Avure Technologies, Inc., Global Lighting Technologies, PolyPipe Holdings, Inc., and Centurion Wireless Technologies for companies that crossed different industries with locations both domestic and around the world.

    Before joining Centurion, Ed held several various positions within Keystone Steel & Wire, a public company, with the most recent position as their V.P. and Divisional CFO. Ed started his career with Bucyrus Erie.

    Ed holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in accounting from Murray State University and is a Certified Management Accountant.

  • Jennifer Logan

    Director - Quality Assurance

    Jennifer Logan is the Director of Quality Assurance for Express and has been part of our quality group since 1998. Jennifer is responsible for assuring quality performance and delivered products by all EGH divisions. Jennifer’s duties include enforcing compliance with specifications and engineered designs. Jennifer’s team assures continual improvement of processes and supplied deliverables across the company through successful companywide implementation of ISO 9001 principles. Jennifer is an integral part of the team that made EIT a highly competitive supplier of Once Through Steam Generators to clients in the Alberta Oil Sands and continues to be an active participant in inter-company product, methods and safety management development.

    Prior to joining management, Jennifer worked for more than ten years at the Express Metal Fabricators division as part of the manufacturing quality team.

    Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate’s Degree in Radio Broadcasting from Rogers State University. She is chairperson of the EGH Safety Oversight Committee and a member of the Manufacturing Committee.

  • Glenn Selby

    Vice President - Engineering and Business Processes

    Glenn Selby, P.E.  joins us as Vice President, Engineering  and will be responsible for the strategic leadership, direction and accountability for engineering and design of all EIT products.  Glenn will be  focused upon the continual improvement of product competitiveness through design optimization, resource leveraging, and product and process standardization. 

    Prior to joining Express, Glenn was with ALSTOM Power/ABB/Combustion Engineering for over twenty years where he most recently served as the HRSG Director Research & Development with global responsibility for the HRSG product line including leading HRSG standardization programs to achieve product flexibility, maximum differentiation, cost reduction and automation.  Glenn also served as Technical Manager, Principal Mechanical Design Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager for HRSGs with ALSTOM.  At ALSTOM, he was selected as “Technical Expert” which is a prestigious designation in the organization.  Glenn previously worked with United Technologies – Pratt & Whitney and The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company.

    Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Magna Cum Laude,  and a Master of Science in Engineering  from the University of Connecticut.  He also completed his Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Connecticut.  In addition to his published technical papers, Glenn also holds patents in HRSG roof design, boiler pressure vessels, methods to reduce stress fatigue in steel drums, and thermal and stress reduction for nozzle assembly and use during transients.
